The company “Hevel” launched the first of Russia’s largest solar power plant

“Hevel” – launched in the village Buribay Khaybullinsky District Bashkortostan Buribaevskoy the first solar power plant (SPP) of 10 MW. The command to run the station through teleconference from the site forum “Open Innovation” were gave by the Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak, director of development of high-tech assets of  “Renova” Mikhail Lifshitz and Chairman of the Board “RUSNANO” Anatoly Chubais.

Total power Buribaevskoy station after entering the second stage will be equal to 20 MW. Investments “Hevel” in the construction of the first phase amounted to more than 1 billion rubles. The general contractor LLC “Avelar Solar Technology”, part of the “Hevel”.

88,000 solar modules installed on the station, were produced by Novocheboksarskiy plant, which was opened in February 2015. More than 70% of the components for the station were produced on the territory of Russia.

Buribaevskaya SPP was the first of the seven stations that “Hevel” plans to build in Bashkortostan in the coming years. The total capacity of all future SES in the region will be 59 MW, and the investment is estimated at more than 6 billion rubles.
